We take meticulous care in the preparation and shipment of every order. Once a package is transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier and is no longer within our control. As such, we guarantee shipment dates rather than specific delivery dates.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all purchases are considered final. We are unable to accept returns or provide refunds. However, if you experience any issues with your order, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery and include relevant photos and details. We will review your concern and, at our discretion, may offer a replacement or store credit to ensure your satisfaction.
